Compliance Manager

• Manage the full third-party lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring and offboarding
• Monitor third-party risks, including adverse media, sanctions alerts and other compliance-related developments, and escalate material issues where required
• Manage compliance-related contract controls and ensure that agents, distributors and other third parties have valid and up-to-date agreements in place
• Support the ongoing administration and monitoring of third parties within the NAVEX third-party risk management tool
• Plan, design and conduct ad-hoc third-party audits, for example following compliance incidents, sanctions alerts or other risk events
• Support the development and implementation of a structured annual third-party audit programme
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, particularly Sales, regarding due diligence findings, outstanding information and risk-related follow-up actions

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Compliance or a comparable role
• Hands-on experience conducting third-party due diligence and independently managing third-party risk processes
• Experience with third-party risk management tools; prior experience with NAVEX is strongly preferred
• Experience with ongoing monitoring of intermediaries, agents, distributors and other third parties
• Experience in third-party audits, compliance reviews and risk assessments
• Experience with contract management or contract controls in a third-party compliance context
• Ability to independently identify, assess and escalate third-party risks
• International experience across multiple jurisdictions, ideally including higher-risk markets in LATAM and APAC
