Third-Party Risk Manager / Compliance Manager

• Manage the full third-party lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring and offboarding
• Review third-party risk developments such as adverse media, sanctions alerts and other compliance-related changes, and escalate material issues where required
• Ensure valid contractual coverage for third parties and coordinate related documentation checks
• Support and conduct ad-hoc third-party audits and contribute to the development of an annual audit approach
• Take operational ownership of the existing third-party risk workflow and database, ensuring reliable execution with limited supervision

• Relevant experience in third-party risk compliance, including hands-on due diligence and ongoing monitoring of intermediaries
• Ability to independently manage established third-party risk processes in an in-house environment
• Practical experience with third-party risk management tools and workflow-based case handling
• Strong operational approach combined with sound judgement in risk identification, escalation and audit-related topics
• Legal qualification is not required; independent working style and consistent weekly availability are important
• English is required.
• Desirable: NAVEX or comparable third-party risk tool experience
• Desirable: Exposure to sales intermediaries, agents or distributors across multiple jurisdictions
