Your application process with us
1. Application
You submit your application and we check your qualifications and references. If your profile matches, we will invite you for an initial interview.
2. Interview
In the first interview, we will discuss your professional goals, our open positions and working with Alpinum Solutions.
3. Onboarding & Matching
After the interview, you will become part of our talent pool. If you have applied for a specific position, we will discuss all the details. If the position suits you, we will introduce you to our client.
4. Presentation and selection process
After the successful presentation, we await feedback from the client. If the feedback is positive, interview rounds with the company will follow directly.
5. Project kick-off
Congratulations! We will clarify all the contractual details and prepare you for the start of the project. Our talent management team will be on hand to support you throughout the entire project.
