Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
For our client, a global building materials company, we are looking for an Interim Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) for the following area:
Key Responsibilities
- Legal advice to the specialist department on questions of general commercial, employment and contract law
- Preparation and review of various types of contracts, e.g. delivery and service agreements)
- Legal support for M&A transactions in cooperation with the group legal department
- Managing data protection as a data protection officer
- Management and coordination of external law firms in complex issues
Experience & Qualifications
- Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d)
- Excellent German and English language skills
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in a law firm or the legal department of a company
