Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain regulatory frameworks and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, operations, and risk management teams, to align regulatory projects with business objectives.
- Support the team and client facing / handling staff in compliance & regulatory matters regarding daily business
- Evaluate the risk profile of high-risk clients and transactions by analyzing their source of funds, business activities, and relationships
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and (internal) regulations, including adoption of internal compliance frameworks and implementation of corresponding controls
Experience & Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Resident in Switzerland
- Experience in the FinTech and RegTech industry as well as cryptocurrencies and blockchain
- Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
