Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review trading activities and communications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, identifying irregularities or violations
- Analyze trading data and communication patterns to detect potential market conduct violations, such as insider trading or market manipulation
- Develop and enhance surveillance tools and techniques to improve the detection of non-compliant activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory bodies to provide reports on surveillance findings and take appropriate action as needed
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of trading activities to ensure continuous compliance and address any gaps in surveillance coverage
Experience & Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English
- Resident in Switzerland
- 3+ years PQE in the compliance field
- Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
