Data Privacy Lawyer

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of data privacy and protection issues, including data collection, processing, storage, and transfer ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of data privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices
• Conduct data privacy risk assessments and impact assessments, identifying potential risks
• Manage and respond to data access requests in compliance with applicable data protection laws, ensuring timely and accurate responses to individuals exercising their data subject rights

• Fluency in English and German
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
• 6+ years PQE in the compliance field in data privacy law, with a strong focus on handling data access requests and general data protection inquiries
