Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
For our client, an industrial group, we are looking for an interim legal counsel (m/f/d) for the following area:
Key Responsibilities
- Legal advice on all aspects of contract law
- Preparation, review and negotiation of commercial contracts (e.g. supply, service, licensing and partnership agreements)
- Legal support and advice for operational divisions in day-to-day business
- monitoring and managing litigation and proceedings, including working with external law firms
Experience & Qualifications
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d)
- At least 3 years of experience in an in-house department of an industrial company
