Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
For our client, a globally active retail and service group, we are looking for a legal counsel (m/f/d) for the area of data protection:
Key Responsibilities
- Advice to specialist departments on data protection issues
- Development and implementation of data protection guidelines
- Maintaining and optimising the data protection management system (DSMS)
- Preparation, review and update of data protection contracts and agreements
- Carrying out data protection risk analyses and developing risk mitigation measures
Experience & Qualifications
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d); in-house lawyer license possible
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the area of data protection
