Senior Legal Counsel

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with private clients, business partners, and external service providers, taking into account regulatory and internal bank requirements
• Legal handling of customer complaints and third-party inquiries, as well as the preparation of legally reviewed reference letters and responses to requests for information
• Support and legal assessment of national and international inheritance cases, as well as advising on issues related to marriage, family, and inheritance law in connection with customer relationships
• Review and legal approval of marketing materials and advertisements in close cooperation with the communications, sales, and compliance departments
• Analysis and handling of official inquiries and orders in criminal, civil, and regulatory law, including coordination with internal departments
• Legal support for the development of new products and services, with a focus on contract drafting, regulatory requirements, and customer transparency

• Resident in Switzerland 
• Fluency in German and English
• Swiss Bar qualification
• 10 years of legal practice experience in the financial services sector, focused on wealth management, with a successful track record of delivering strategic legal guidance in complex environments
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders
