Staff leasing, referred to in Germany as Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, is intended for direct integration into the client's team, processes and reporting lines. Alpinum also manages employment and payroll in this model. The arrangement is assessed against applicable local requirements.

Support can range from a few hours per week to full time. Typical engagements last three to 18 months. Remote, on-site or hybrid work depends on the assignment, security requirements and specialist availability.
Before the start, we agree scope, responsibilities, costs, access and onboarding. We remain a point of contact throughout the engagement and discuss changes as the requirement develops.
