We clarify the tasks, expertise, seniority, duration and working arrangements. We then match the requirement with available specialists and agree the relevant vetting criteria.

You receive selected profiles within 48 hours. We coordinate discussions with the specialists, followed by contracting and onboarding. The actual start date is agreed separately with you and the specialists.
