Senior Compliance Officer

• Monitor and investigate AML alerts and support the timely resolution of compliance cases
• Conduct client screening and background checks covering sanctions, PEP and adverse media findings
• Perform KYC reviews and assess high-risk client relationships, transactions, source of funds and source of wealth
• Review client documentation and complex ownership structures to ensure completeness, accuracy and regulatory alignment
• Prepare clear EDD reports, risk assessments and recommendations for further action

• Proven compliance experience within a bank or financial institution, including hands-on case management
• Strong practical knowledge of AML, KYC, EDD, sanctions screening and financial crime compliance
• Good understanding of Swiss AML regulation and FINMA requirements
• Experience reviewing complex client relationships, beneficial ownership structures and high-risk transactions
• Relevant academic background in Law, Business, Finance or a related field and/or a relevant compliance certification
• German and English are required.
