Compliance Officer AML

• Draft suspicious activity reports based on existing AML investigations, background checks and supporting documentation.
• Review and consolidate information gathered by internal teams and relationship managers, and assess it for reporting purposes.
• Prepare complete, accurate and clearly structured reports in line with Swiss AML requirements and internal reporting standards.
• Identify missing information and coordinate targeted clarifications with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Support the efficient processing and clearance of outstanding AML reporting cases and prepare files for internal four-eyes review.

• Proven hands-on experience in AML Compliance, with a strong focus on drafting suspicious activity reports and handling AML investigations.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss AML regulations, reporting requirements and relevant processes, including exposure to MROS reporting.
• Experience reviewing KYC/CDD records, transaction information and investigation findings.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and accurately with existing investigation files and documentation.
• Excellent written German for drafting suspicious activity reports is required.
• Excellent written German is required; French language skills are a strong advantage.
• Desirable: French language skills
• Desirable: Experience in AML backlog remediation or other high-volume compliance projects
