Compliance Officer AML

• Review existing AML investigation files, background checks and supporting documentation for outstanding cases.
• Consolidate information gathered by internal teams and relationship managers into clear, complete and well-structured suspicious activity reports in German.
• Assess KYC/CDD records, transaction information and investigation findings in line with Swiss AML requirements and internal reporting standards.
• Identify missing information and coordinate targeted clarifications with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Prepare case files for internal four-eyes review and support the efficient clearance of a high-volume AML backlog.

• Hands-on AML compliance experience, particularly in drafting suspicious activity reports and supporting AML investigations.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss AML regulations, reporting requirements and relevant compliance procedures, including MROS-related reporting.
• Experience reviewing KYC/CDD documentation, transaction activity and investigation results with accuracy and sound judgement.
• Proven ability to work efficiently, accurately and autonomously with existing investigation documentation in a remote project environment.
• Excellent written German is required; French language skills are a strong advantage.
