Compliance Officer

• Conduct end-to-end KYC reviews for Wealth Management clients with complex legal structures.
• Assess trusts, foundations, investment funds, offshore companies and other sophisticated ownership structures from an AML/KYC perspective.
• Perform CDD and EDD reviews, including analysis of beneficial ownership, source of wealth and source of funds documentation.
• Identify documentation gaps and coordinate remediation activities with Front Office and other relevant internal stakeholders.
• Document review outcomes and recommendations in internal KYC systems and ensure alignment with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Several years of AML/KYC Compliance experience within Wealth Management or Private Banking.
• Proven background reviewing complex client structures, including trusts, foundations, investment funds and offshore entities.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC requirements as well as CDD and EDD standards.
• Experience in KYC remediation or regulatory transformation projects.
• Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of complex reviews independently.
• English is required.
