Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and corporate legal documents.
- Provide practical legal advice and support contract negotiations while managing legal risk.
- Advise internal stakeholders on day-to-day legal and compliance matters.
- Support compliance, due diligence, data privacy, and policy development.
- Contribute to legal and compliance transformation projects and system implementations.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, and support corporate and intellectual property matters as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
- Swiss law degree with approximately 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- In-house legal counsel experience preferred; Swiss Bar admission is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in commercial contracting, compliance, data protection, and corporate legal matters.
- Proven ability to independently review, draft, and negotiate contracts while assessing and managing legal risk.
- Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to balance legal and commercial objectives.
