Paralegal

• Prepare and coordinate documentation for board meetings and the AGM, and support related governance processes.
• Maintain corporate records, commercial register information, shareholder registers and legal entity databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Support the preparation of annual, corporate governance and non-financial reporting by gathering information and coordinating input from internal stakeholders.
• Manage legal documentation, contracts, archives and internal databases, and coordinate compliance-related records and reporting processes.
• Provide reliable administrative support to senior legal stakeholders, including organising meetings, appointments and travel arrangements, while handling confidential matters appropriately.

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or in a comparable role.
• Strong hands-on experience in corporate housekeeping, corporate governance, legal administration and supporting senior legal professionals.
• Proven ability to manage administrative processes, coordinate stakeholders and maintain accurate legal documentation in a structured manner.
• Confident user of corporate systems, databases and document management tools, with the ability to work independently and quickly understand new workflows.
