Compliance Officer LATAM

• Conduct end-to-end KYC reviews for Wealth Management client relationships with LATAM exposure and complex ownership structures.
• Assess trusts, foundations, investment funds, offshore companies and other sophisticated legal structures, including beneficial ownership, Source of Wealth and Source of Funds documentation.
• Perform CDD and EDD reviews, including analysis of jurisdictional risks, PEP exposure and adverse media.
• Identify documentation gaps, coordinate remediation activities with Front Office and internal stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of required actions.
• Document review outcomes, risk assessments and recommendations in internal systems in line with AML/KYC requirements and internal policies.

• Fluent English and fluent Spanish or Portuguese are required.
• Several years of AML/KYC compliance experience within Wealth Management or Private Banking.
• Strong expertise in reviewing complex legal and beneficial ownership structures, including trusts, foundations, investment funds and offshore entities.
• Solid knowledge of AML/KYC regulations, CDD, EDD and financial crime compliance, including Source of Wealth and Source of Funds assessments.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex reviews in a project-driven environment with high review volumes.
