Reto Picenoni is a Swiss lawyer with many years of experience at the intersection of law, compliance and business building. At Alpinum Solutions, he supports the expansion of the legal service model. His focus is on strategic growth and on building efficient structures that keep pace with the company's development.

Previously, Reto founded an Alternative Legal Service Provider in the DACH region and led it through to exit. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for Solution Structuring at Credit Suisse Trust for international UHNW clients and held senior positions at KPMG and business law firms.
