Key Responsibilities
Manage and negotiate supplier and supply chain contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial terms, service levels, pricing agreements, and company policies.
Monitor contract performance and supplier obligations, handle amendments, resolve contractual issues, and support risk mitigation across procurement and supply chain operations.
Collaborate and coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, and legal teams to support sourcing activities, optimise supplier relationships, and improve contract management processes.
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong experience (10+ years) in contract management, procurement, or commercial roles
- Proven expertise in supplier contracts in complex industries (example: space, aerospace, defence, or high-tech manufacturing)
- Solid understanding of contract law principles and risk management
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
