Senior Compliance Officer

• Conduct KYC reviews and support the onboarding of private and institutional clients.
• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk clients, complex client structures and PEP cases.
• Assess Source of Wealth, Source of Funds and Source of Income, and maintain related documentation.
• Support transaction monitoring, transaction analysis and periodic reviews of existing client files.
• Identify and document AML and Financial Crime risks while applying internal compliance frameworks and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Relevant professional experience in AML, KYC, Financial Crime or Compliance within a bank or comparable regulated financial institution.
• Strong hands-on experience in client onboarding, KYC reviews and Enhanced Due Diligence.
• Practical exposure to high-risk clients, complex client structures and Source of Wealth/Source of Funds assessments.
• Experience with transaction monitoring and/or transaction analysis.
• Good understanding of the Swiss AML/KYC regulatory framework and the banking environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Desirable: Exposure to Digital Assets or Crypto-related clients is an advantage.
• Desirable: Experience with private banking, institutional clients or other sensitive client segments would be beneficial.
