eDiscovery Professional

• Electronic communications collections
• Unstructured/file share collections
• Data handling and transfer activities
• Preservation and legal hold support as required
• Support the identification, collection and preservation of electronically stored information (ESI)
• Ensure accurate documentation and chain of custody throughout the collection process
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and IT teams to execute collection requests
• Maintain data integrity and follow established security and compliance procedures

• Experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, IT operations or data management is preferred
• Practical experience with data collections and preservation activities is highly desirable
• Understanding of electronic data sources (e.g. email, file shares, collaboration platforms)
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Experience with industry-standard eDiscovery tools is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with a structured and reliable working style
