Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates. For our client, a private bank, we are looking for a Regulatory Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess impact of regulatory developments, including FINMA circulars, and translate them into internal policies and frameworks.
- Advise Legal and Compliance as SME on Swiss and cross-border regulations (e.g., FIDLEG, CRD VI).
- Support AML projects and day-to-day compliance activities.
Experience & Qualifications
- Master’s degree from a university, ideally in Economics or Law.
- Prior experience in advisory or consulting environments (e.g., Big Four firms) preferred.
- Solid financial services regulatory experience beyond AML, including areas such as investment compliance.
- Fluent in English and German.
