Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client, Kanadevia Inova, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to provide interim support while a permanent replacement is recruited. The assignment is expected to last 4–5 months with a possibility of permanent employment if the interim candidate is interested and successful.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage M&A transactions independently
- Advise on corporate governance and corporate law matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead and manage a team responsible for board meetings and corporate governance
- Oversee governance documentation and corporate compliance processes
- Review legal deliverables and provide guidance to junior team members
- Drive continuous improvements to governance standards and legal operations
Experience & Qualifications
- (Swiss) Qualified lawyer
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally within the inhouse legal department of a global industrial company
- Strong experience in corporate law required
- Fluent in English; German and other European languages preferred
- Team leadership experience necessary
