Senior Legal Counsel

• Provide legal advice and support throughout a cross-border insurance portfolio transfer project.
• Review, draft, and coordinate transaction documentation while managing external legal counsel and key stakeholders.
• Support regulatory matters, filings, and interactions with relevant supervisory authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise the business on insurance, contract, and commercial legal matters, including customer-related legal queries.
• Independently manage legal workstreams, project deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
  
  

• Several years of experience in insurance law, ideally within the life insurance sector.
• Experience with cross-border insurance projects or portfolio transfers.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Qualified lawyer (Swiss bar admission is an advantage, not essential).
• Fluent in English and German.
