For our client, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to ensure proper medical device classification and address compliance areas such as KYC, export classifications, and export screening.
Key Responsibilities
- Medical device classification and regulatory differentiation
- Compliance: Know Your Customer (KYC), export classifications, export screening
- Provide legal advice regarding Daily Business
Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an international environment
- Expertise in healthcare/biotech is essential
- Compliance knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
