(Senior) Compliance Officer

• Conduct internal audits and support the development and implementation of compliance policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance compliance frameworks and operational effectiveness
• Manage and advise on cross-border compliance topics, ensuring alignment with international regulations and regulatory bodies
• Oversee onboarding processes, including KYC and due diligence checks, to ensure clients meet all compliance requirements
• Perform transaction monitoring and investigate suspicious activities in line with AML guidelines
• Apply knowledge of crypto and digital assets to assess risks, support compliance controls, and ensure regulatory alignment in evolving markets

• Extensive experience in compliance roles, preferably in the financial sector
• Strong expertise in audit, policy development, and process improvements
• Experience in cross-border compliance and transaction monitoring
• Knowledge of crypto-related compliance is a plus
• Fluent in English
