Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client, we are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to cover maternity leave with a potential extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) using both company templates and third-party templates.
- Support Corporate Governance by drafting board resolutions, director appointments/removals and amendments to Articles of Association.
- Provide corporate legal support for internal legal matters (non-commercial agreements such as banking documentation and internal corporate matters).
- Support the Compliance department on an ad hoc basis if capacity and experience allow.
Experience & Qualifications
- Approximately 3–5 years of legal experience (1–5 years may also be considered depending on profile).
- Qualified lawyer.
- Swiss qualified/trained lawyer (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Strong Corporate Law experience.
- Swiss Corporate Law experience preferred.
- Comfortable drafting legal documentation independently.
