Legal Counsel

• Provide legal support to Global Product Strategy teams, with a focus on product lifecycle, regulatory and commercial legal matters within the life sciences sector.
• Review and advise on promotional, medical and scientific materials, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry codes.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and life sciences agreements (e.g. service, consultancy and collaboration agreements), while providing day-to-day legal support to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of legal experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer healthcare or broader life sciences industry.
• Strong experience in regulatory and product legal matters, including review of promotional/scientific materials and healthcare compliance.
• Experience partnering with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial and R&D teams in an international environment; experience with Veeva is an advantage.
• Fluency in English
