Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client, a financial institution, we are looking for a Legal Counsel (Real Estate Finance).
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating loan agreements, facility agreements and security documentation under French law
- Structuring and execution of financing transactions across commercial real estate asset classes (office, retail, logistics, residential)
- Preparation and negotiation of French security packages (hypothèques, nantissement etc.) and coordination with notaries on registration
- Advising on intercreditor arrangements and syndicated/club deal structures
- Managing CP satisfaction and coordinating closings with borrowers, arrangers and external counsel
Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified (French) lawyer or equivalent with strong knowledge of French real estate finance law
- Proven experience in commercial real estate financing transactions, ideally across multiple asset classes (office, retail, logistics, residential)
- Background in a law firm or comparable finance environment
- Familiarity with French security structures
- Fluency in French and English
