Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client in the public sector, we are looking for temporary support within the Legal Department due to a resource gap. The role focuses on operational contract management, renewals, extensions, and administrative legal support related to external service provider agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract renewals and extensions with external service providers
- Administrative legal support within the Legal Department, including contract tracking and operational contract management tasks
- Supporting the legal team with contract-related processes, deadlines, documentation, and general legal administrative work
Experience & Qualifications
- Junior-level legal profile with first experience in an in-house legal department or law firm
- Good understanding of Swiss contract law and contract administration
- Independent and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
- Comfortable with operational and high-volume contract work
- German fluency required
