Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client, a MedTech company developing innovative neurotechnology solutions, we are looking for an Interim Legal Counsel to support their international expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial and distribution agreements.
- Support the company's commercial expansion across Europe.
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to the business on commercial matters.
- Support negotiations with distributors, hospitals and healthcare providers.
- Identify legal risks and provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal solutions.
- Support legal work related to new market entries and product expansion.
Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 5–8+ years of PQE.
- Strong background in commercial contracts and distribution agreements.
- Experience within MedTech, Medical Devices, Pharma or Life Sciences preferred.
- Experience supporting international commercial organisations.
- Business-oriented, pragmatic and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
