Interim Legal Counsel

• Provide legal advice and risk assessment for IT transformation, digitalization, and technology implementation projects (e.g., SaaS, Cloud, ERP, or infrastructure programs)
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology contracts, including service agreements, license agreements, NDAs, data processing agreements, and consulting contracts
• Support project governance and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regulatory frameworks
• Advise on data protection (GDPR), cybersecurity, export control, and regulatory implications of IT solutions and cross-border projects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Project Managers, Procurement, Compliance, and Finance
• Assist in developing and implementing legal frameworks, templates, and playbooks to streamline project delivery and contract management
• Monitor emerging legal and regulatory trends related to digital transformation, AI, and IT compliance

• Qualified lawyer in Germany, Switzerland, or another EU jurisdiction with 4–8 years of post-qualification experience
• Proven experience in commercial, IT, or technology law, preferably in a consulting, IT, or international tech company
• Strong background in contract negotiation and legal project advisory for digital or transformation programs (SAP, Cloud, SaaS, or software implementation)
• Solid understanding of data protection (GDPR), cybersecurity, IP rights, and software licensing
• Experience with complex international projects and multi-jurisdictional contracts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English
