Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client, a leading international consulting and technology company, we are looking for an Interim Legal Counsel (m/f/d) to support complex IT and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance for IT transformation and technology implementation projects (e.g., SaaS, Cloud, ERP, infrastructure)
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology-related agreements (e.g., services, licenses, NDAs, DPAs)
- Ensure project alignment with governance frameworks and internal policies
- Advise on legal aspects related to GDPR, cybersecurity, export control, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with project and business stakeholders (PMO, Procurement, Compliance, Finance)
- Assist with development of templates, frameworks, and legal playbooks
- Translate legal and regulatory trends (AI, digital transformation) into business-oriented advice
Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer (bar admission in Switzerland, Germany, or EU)
- 4–8 years post-qualification experience in commercial or technology law
- Proven experience advising digital innovation, software or ERP rollouts (e.g., Cloud, SaaS, SAP)
- Strong understanding of data protection, cybersecurity, IP and licensing frameworks
- Experience navigating complex, cross-border legal projects with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with strong business acumen
