Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client in the financial sector, we are looking for a new Head Compliance to lead their compliance team as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Compliance team, consisting of 12 full-time employees and additional part-time staff, ensuring effective performance and development
- Oversee and execute operational activities related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Act as a key point of contact between Compliance, Front Office, and senior management, facilitating clear communication and alignment on risk and regulatory matters
Experience & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and compliance operations
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Professional proficiency in German (written and spoken)
