Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.
For our client, we are looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to support the legal team during a maternity leave period.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on labour law matters in individual cases and, where applicable, in project-based work
Advise primarily in German and, where possible, also in French
Transfer labour law expertise to the HR departments
Monitor and assess developments in Swiss labour law and provide guidance accordingly
Support the legal team with additional tasks as required
Experience & Qualifications
Swiss law degree
At least 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in labour law
