Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.
For our client, a global consulting firm, we are seeking a Cross-Border Specialist to support compliance and surveillance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate alerts generated by surveillance monitoring related to cross-border activities and investment suitability
- Assess cases using data from multiple systems and internal policies to determine whether they can be closed with or without findings
- Document investigations and conclusions clearly to ensure a robust audit trail
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in compliance investigations, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of cross-border and suitability regulations, including MiFID, FINRA, and Reg BI
- Hands-on experience with alert handling and case documentation
- Familiarity with compliance monitoring tools such as Actimize or similar platforms
- Fluency in German, French, and/or Italian is required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
