Corporate/M&A Lawyer

• Responsibility for corporate legal matters and housekeeping, including maintenance of legal entities, board documentation, governance topics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
• Hands-on involvement in due diligence processes and M&A transactions, including reviewing documentation, identifying legal risks, supporting negotiations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively partner with business teams, senior management, and external advisors, providing clear, pragmatic and solution-oriented legal guidance
• Ability to prioritise multiple topics in a dynamic environment, balancing legal risk with business objectives
• Proactive and structured working style, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and business impact
  
  

• Strong experience in Corporate Law and M&A, including drafting and negotiating transactions, supporting deals end-to-end, and advising on general corporate matters
• Bar admission preferred, ideally with an international background or exposure to cross-border legal frameworks
• Fluency in English is required, with German considered a strong advantage
• Proven ability to operate in an international, fast-paced business environment
• Commercial and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to translate legal complexity into practical business solutions
