Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates. For a global association representing innovative biopharmaceutical companies, we are seeking to provide long-term external legal support for internal contract management to support the COO/General Counsel in managing a high volume of contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, comment, and approve standard contracts.
- Review MSAs, Service Agreements, and SOWs, focusing on scoping, scope of work, data rights, and ownership of deliverables.
- Support contracts related to the organization of meetings, publications, data assessments, and market research.
- Coordinate with the paralegal and escalate more complex issues.
Experience & Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Swiss contract law.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with standard commercial contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and service agreements.
- Understanding of IP/Data/Work Product Ownership.
- Anglo-American law knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.
