Compliance Officer

• Conduct KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews for new and existing clients.
• Perform sanctions and PEP screening, identify potential AML risks, and escalate findings where appropriate.
• Support ongoing AML compliance activities, including periodic client reviews and remediation projects.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Front Office teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and Swiss regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AML processes and maintain awareness of evolving financial crime risks and regulatory developments.

• 2–5+ years of AML/Compliance experience within a banking or financial services environment, with strong exposure to KYC, CDD, sanctions screening, and general AML processes.
• Good knowledge of Swiss AML regulations, FATF recommendations, and AML best practices. Experience in private banking and cross-border business is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. CAMS or ICA certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
