Compliance Officer

• Conduct KYC reviews, particularly focusing on complex structures including trusts, funds, and shipping companies
• Review and analyse client documentation such as business contracts, financial statements, and legal agreements to ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare comprehensive Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports that summarise findings, assess risks, and formulate recommendations
• Perform in-depth screening and background checks on potential clients to identify adverse news, sanctions, or PEP links

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in an international wealth management environment
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
• Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
• Proven experience handling complex financial and corporate structures
