Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client, an international wealth management institution, we are looking for a Compliance Officer (m/f/d) for a 4–6 month assignment focusing on KYC and complex structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC reviews, particularly for complex structures such as trusts, funds, and shipping companies
- Review and analyze client documentation including contracts, financial statements, and legal records to ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports with key findings, risk assessments, and recommended actions
- Perform background screenings and adverse media checks to assess client risk, including sanctions and PEP identification
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional compliance experience, ideally in International Wealth Management
- Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Strong understanding of complex client structures and risk-based analysis
