Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client, an international financial services company in the field of wealth management, we are looking for a Compliance Officer (f/m/d) for a 4–6 month assignment onsite in Zurich.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform KYC reviews and assess complex client structures such as trusts, funds, and shipping companies
- Analyze client documentation, including contracts, financials, and legal agreements, to verify compliance with regulations
- Conduct screening and background checks for adverse news, sanctions, and PEPs in line with regulatory requirements
- Prepare Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports summarizing key risks and recommendations
- Ensure precise documentation of findings and risk assessments
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or legal roles within international wealth management
- Completed legal degree and/or recognized compliance certification
- Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
- Familiarity with complex financial structures and EDD processes
