For our client, a top-tier company in the Insurance sector, we are looking for a Compliance Manager IKS to strengthen their internal control systems and outsourcing compliance setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and document process-level risks and controls
- Perform process walkthroughs and improve IKS documentation
- Support outsourcing governance, monitoring and regulatory readiness
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong IKS / Risk & Controls experience
- Asset Management process knowledge
- Experience with compliance frameworks
- Experience in Financial Services or Insurance sector
- Outsourcing / FINMA experience is a strong plus
