Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.
For our client, a Swiss insurance provider, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join the legal team for a 7-month assignment in Zürich.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the legal department as a generalist across various areas of law
- Advise on corporate law, contract law, and labor law matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts
- Assist with legal risk assessments and internal legal inquiries
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel
Experience & Qualifications
- Swiss Master of Law degree (MLaw), Swiss bar exam (Anwaltspatent) strongly preferred
- 2–3 years post-qualification experience in a similar legal role
- Fluency in German required
- Strong understanding of Swiss corporate, labor and contract law
- Reliable team player with strong communication and analytical skills
