Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.
For our client, a Swiss health insurance company, we are looking for a Legal Counsel (Regulatory) to provide maternity coverage for a fixed seven-month period starting in April.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on matters relating to KVG, KVAG, and VVG
- Prepare regulatory filings and submissions to FINMA
- Liaise with authorities, including the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG)
- Support projects in the product area, particularly supplementary insurance
- Provide legal support in the area of regulatory health insurance law
Experience & Qualifications
- Swiss Master of Law degree; bar admission is an asset but not mandatory
- 2–3 years of post-qualification legal experience
- Solid understanding of Swiss health and insurance law (KVG, KVAG, VVG)
- Professional-level German skills
- Experience liaising with regulatory authorities (e.g. FINMA, BAG)
