Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.
For our client, a boutique private bank focusing on wealth management and investment advisory services, we are currently looking for an Interim Head Legal & Compliance (m/f/d) to oversee day-to-day legal and regulatory affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume full legal and compliance responsibility for the institution
- Handle legal, compliance, governance, and regulatory matters
- Act as point of contact for supervisory authorities and external stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations and internal policies
- Support in further development of internal compliance and governance frameworks
Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with relevant Swiss financial services experience
- Senior-level expertise in legal, compliance, governance, and regulatory matters
- Fluent in German; additional language skills are a plus
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach with ability to operate in a lean organizational structure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
