Trade Compliance Manager

• Manage the company's trade compliance program to ensure adherence to all relevant international trade regulations and export control laws
• Monitor and interpret changes in international trade laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant with evolving requirements
• Conduct thorough reviews of all import and export transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including classification, valuation, country of origin, and licensing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all trade compliance-related inquiries and issues, providing expert guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for export licenses, permits, and other regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• 3+ years PQE in the compliance field
