Senior Legal Counsel

• Advise on and manage corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder matters, entity structuring, corporate compliance, and group policies
• Assist with the establishment and maintenance of corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions, advising on group structuring, financing arrangements, and legal entity management
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements and distribution agreements
• Advise on matters related to GDPR and other data privacy regulations. Provide legal support for marketing initiatives, including digital advertising, promotions, and intellectual property matters
• Handle complex legal matters that involve multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local and international laws

• Fluency in English
• Bar admission is a plus
• Min. 8 years PQE, with a strong focus on commercial and corporate law
• Demonstrated experience handling legal matters across different jurisdictions
